  • WHAT TIME SHOULD MY BINS BE PUT OUT FOR COLLECTION?
    Please put all bins out the night before collection day from 6pm-10pm and leave out until collected. Make sure all bins are placed at the receptacle points for your location. Do not time the trucks as collection schedule/time can vary.
  • WHAT CAN I PUT IN MY RECYCLING BIN?
    Clean mixed paper, newspapers, magazines, brochures, leaflets
  • Clean cardboard
  • Washed drink cans (aluminium)
  • Washed food cans (steel)
  • Washed tetra parks (milk & juice cartons)
  • Washed rigid plastic bottles/containers
  • Rigid plastic packaging (washed and free from any food contamination)
  •  What will happen if I get caught littering?
  • Defaulters caught littering will be prosecuted.
  • WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I PUT REFUSE OR CONTAMINATED MATERIAL IN MY RECYCLING BIN?

  • The bin will be emptied on the dump site
  • What will happen if I dispose refuse anytime I want?

  • Defaulters caught disposing refuse anything other than the stipulated time will be prosecuted.
